I drive a 2004 Mercedes S430.
Your device has cd quality audio and the microphone for phone calls is the best I have used in a FM transmitter or wireless bluetooth microphone.
We have a lot of radio stations in use in our area and that makes it difficult to find a clear station to use as I drive through the area. 87.5 and 87.9 worked in some areas but 100.1 was the only station that is mostly clear everywhere that I drive throughout the day.

I had my doubts since I tried so many of these fm transmitters for my Mercedes CLK and most of them are just garbage. I am glad to report that this is legit. It sounded so much better than anything I tried before. West is very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz’s unique fiber optical system. This works flawlessly in a 2001 S430 Mercedes. Plugged in, paired easily, had music streaming in under a minute. Sound quality is excellent with no hiss or hum. Doesn’t display track name, etc. over Bluetooth, but I don’t have any problem controlling my music from my phone. Calls switch to the factory bluetooth, which is nice. Much better and cheaper than the other BT adapter I tried.
