Troubleshooting: Static & Calls
I hear static or noise:
- Check Volume: Set your phone volume to 90%. Adjust listening volume via the CAR KNOB only.
- Frequency: 87.9 FM works for 95% of users. Try 87.5 or 94.9 if you have interference.
- Wire Placement: Keep the VIP wire as straight as possible and away from other electronic devices.
